Summarize your bug Both accounts did not receive the free Kylo Ren shards that were distributed today. Both my own accounts did receive them, so I think there is a mistake? The two mentioned accounts are both underage accounts.

I haven't received either a pop up notification about the Kylo shards or the shards themselves.
I only have one account, I play on my original device, and my account is not underage. 593-913-724
Not sure why some people are getting them and some aren't.

Same problem. I got the 80 shards on one of my accounts, but on the other account there was no pop-up and no shards.

Same here. I saw the splash screen about the free shards, but nothing in my inbox or applied to my character. 192-152-731
