Missing founder and starter edition packs when upgrading to PS5 version

Hey there! I was wondering if there is any new info or ETA on the missing founder’s and starter’s loot when upgrading from PS4 to PS5 version, those packs were bought back when the game released and left the store some time after (the ones with the badges and skins)

They said that it was intentionally not made available. Great treatment to those of us that supported the game when it started.

@RustyBreakerX They don't care, this was mentioned in May. We paid and now our content is locked. Great costumer service

 I have the same problem!!! I paid 49.99 and now it seems like they won't give it back?!? That is so messed up!
