Missing dnouts from donut vein

Used 2 deeds to open a new plot, mined 11 donuts from the vein.Game immediately reset and got the Bart screen. When it refreshed and logged me back in the deeds were gone, plot was open but the 11 donuts were gone from my total also.

Just had this problem after it told me jackpot 100 donuts then same thing Bart screen and no donuts

Unfortunately it has happened to everyone, somehow, that Bart's screen has caused unsaved game progress to be lost; it happens very often with farming!

I understand the disappointment for the accident, but I don't think there's anything we can do!

You can try logging out and then logging back in.. maybe the game still has your donuts in memory and will give them back to you!

In any case you can try to contact the customer support center, although personally I don't think they can give you back what is not left in the game's memory!
