It disappeared a short amount of time before I claimed the squad arena rewards I’m not sure how long before

We have checked your account. On 21st of June at 00:19:49 UTC you received 300 Squad Arena Tokens for placing 2150 in the Squad Arena. At 00:20:22 UTC you spend 400 Squad Arena Tokens to get 10 Nute Gunray Shards.

This then left you with 0 Squad Arena Tokens.
