Missing conquest shards from Malicos

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in my game history to see that I got 3 red boxes in a row plus bought three times the conquest pass plus.

I am missing 25 shards from Malicos. I got the 3 red boxes in all three conquest plus bought all three times the conquest plus pass. 

It looks like I got not the rewards of tier 7 (90 shards, even it was shown as rewards) and got the level 6 rewards (65 shards). So there is the difference of 25 shards. In the past another guild member in MAW had the same problem. 

I would really appreciate to get the missing 25 shards. Reaching out the EA help wasn’t helpful. Got a standard email should be waiting 24 hours. Thanks for helping!

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm your claim. You will need to farm the remaining shards in the game as soon as they become available again.

I had similar issue about two months ago, was very frustrating.

That’s really a pity. But if that game is so bugged (had the same problems in the past with getting my ls tb prices) I won’t spend any more money for conquest.

This has just happened to me. I achieved the red crate the last three times but only got gold crate rewards on the final conquest.

I didn't take a screenshot before conquest ended since there wasn't a reason to. It's a pity we don't have a review period where we can at least view or progress and get screenshots if needed.
