Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Collect daily reward from web store. 2. Login to game account. 3. Check and log current cantina energy. 4. Check that contents of crate in inbox contains 100 Cantina energy. 5. Collect crate 6. Check and log current cantina energy. 7. The 100 energy is not added, and restart doesn't fix this (Not a visual issue)

Missing cantina energy from the free daily crate collected in web store. While cantina energy is not always part of the crate, it isn't awarded when collecting a crate containing cantina energy.

All other crate content appear to be working as intended.

You received cantina energy as soon as you claimed it in the web store and purchase was confirmed. The system adds the content automatically to your account. The mail you received in-game with the content overview tells you only what type of free content was added to your account, afterwards you just dismiss the inbox message.

Maybe that is how it is supposed to work, but the 100 energy wasn't added to the account. Whether before or after accepting the crate.

Yes, I got everything but the Cantina energy (was 50 something before and after accepting the crate). Just for clarity this has happened twice with only cantina energy being affected.

Not saying I'm infallible but I'm 99% sure of this.

Today I got cantina energy as expected, so either its not a 100% issue or, more likely, I must have been mistaken. You can close this ticket.
