What happens when the bug occurs? I get all the players but not the bundle topper
What do you expect to see? I expect at least 2,200 blitz bolts in my account

Summarize your bug I paid for the 12000 point pack and did not get any of my 12000 bolts. I have missed so many of the Ltd release players and packs. I spent about 200 dollars on this promo and is really upset.

Please make this right because I am very close to ending my time playing madden. It crazy that you spend real money on game and things like this happen. I am waiting here for you guys to get back to me after your technician had verified that I didn’t get the 12000 bolts. He let me know he can’t do anything for me.This has upset me so much I can’t even get on the game without being upset.  I am scare to spend additional money after this. I now have no chance at getting the either of the masters or many of the 92 overall players. 

I feel like I wasted 200 dollars!

I didn’t receive my bolts either from the same promo. I was told Saturday they would be put in my account and could take 24 hours. After the 24 hours have passed they are still not in my account and I missed a bunch of packs I wanted and will probably miss the Lane Johnson I wanted as well.

I still haven’t got them. I contacted EA twice and the 2nd time was a joke. I’m in the same boat missed all kinds of promos and bought that package for the 12k bolts to get Lane Johnson and possibly the Justin Reid or just for packs

I have an open case and when I talked to a rep Saturday he said he added them to my account and would see them within 24 hours. I talked to another rep last night and they said they couldn’t help me to post it here.
