Missing Wat Tambor shards

We focused on Tambor special missions. Cant ve sure how many of completed missions were but i’m sure we did more than 30. Ackley missions in p3 was completed 3.

i really hope we’ll gert those missing rewards..

Is it worth wasting another 4 days trying to earn the shards again? Or have you fixed this issue yet?

So I sent a private message in a week ago, no reply or anything yet. How long will it take. Provided all the required information.

Our guild did not receive the tambour shards I think 8 of us completed it I called ea and they referred me to this

we now did a all guild call out we have 10 comfirmed they completed it on phase 3 and we did not receive any for that phase.

I dont really know how many people completed the mission. Bud everybody in our guild used their best dark Side squad to earn the shard.. 46 was the number of Total attemps and i have not any option to investigate how many players succesfully completed it. 

I have asked on our guild chat and people answered that they accoplished it.. But lot of them didnt write anythink. 

I m tired of working on this, i ve spend lot of time to post this issue on forum, where that my posts where instantly deleted.

I ve wrote to mindtrick as i should, no response. 

talked to amit at EA. And he told me that he refered this issue to right people at CG. I gave them my mail If some questions-nothing.. 

New geos started and wat tambor shards nowhere

And u couldnt believe that 46 we earnt.. So this is the reason we will not get anything. 

I ve promised my guild to resolve it but i have no idea what should i do more..
