Missing Unsettling Interceptor III Reward

Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Upon completion of the daily challenge Unsettling Interceptor III.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 16.10.19
Summarize your bug I have not received the reward for completing Unsettling Interceptor III which should be a Melee War Chest.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete Unsettling Interceptor III
What happens when the bug occurs? No reward or at least retrieval is not obvious to me.
What should be happening instead? I should receive a melee war chest

Anybody else have this issue with either their interceptor or any other javelin challenge? Or please correct me if I’m going about this wrong. Thanks!

It gets auto included at your end of screen loot.

You should have had a 66 MW or 80 Legendary Melee Weapon on the salvage screen.
It was probably a MW so you just mass salvaged it without noticing it.
