Summarize your bug I was playing the Sith Eternal Emperor battle with Sidious vs Mace Windu. I beat Mace but after i won i got an error message saying that my connection was bad and needed to be restarted or try again. I restarted the game and i wasn’t rewarded the 10 shards. Now my Sith Eternal Emperor has 70 shards and I’ve already won 8 times so i get no more rewards. So in the end I’ll be 10 shards short of unlocking him and no way of getting more shards. I’ve included an attachment of what it shows.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure how you can find the bug other than helping me retrieve my missing shards.

Just an update on my shard count. I have one more battle until i complete the Sith Eternal Emperor shard battle. But again, I’ll be 10 shards short because of the bug issue.

The team is working a limited schedule just now, but will be happy to sort this for you when they are back in the office. I know "have patience" isn't what you want to hear, but please be assured all reports of this nature are looked into and can be swiftly rectified.
