Missing Shards for FO Spec Forces TFP

Summarize your bug I completed every wave/tier/mission of the Marquee event for the new FO characters. After completing them all, I went to activate and promote my FO SF TFP, and he is only at 20/25 shards for three stars. I went back to the events screen to see if maybe I had missed a tier, but it's no longer there, although I do know that I completed all of the tiers.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Summarize your bug I just completed all of the tiers for the First Order Marquee event and finished every level on my Alternate account. When I went to activate and promote my FO Spec Force TFP, I noticed that I was missing shards to promote him to 3 stars. I completed all levels of the marquee event and he is currently at 20/25 shards for his third star.

Reading through the event rewards from the swgoh.gg (yes, I know it's not official, but still) site, it shows that through the 3 battles we should have gotten 25/10/10, which would be 45 shards. So, apparently this is not a missing rewards issue, just that there were fewer rewards for SF TFP than UKR. My mistake.

I think is not a bug, the event gives that character to 2 stars 20/25

No, not true. Completing all tiers will result in 15/30 for the fourth star. Kylo Ren Unmasked is currently at 15/30 for fourth star. It's missing rewards.

In that case, i'm from Spain and event was the same.

3 battles for pilot, 6 for kylo ren unmasked as you say.

If it was a bug, is the same to me.
