Missing SLKR shards and ea help won't do anything

Summarize your bug I've completed the necessary missions to unlock SLKR but I'm missing 50 shards
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? my game crashed a few weeks ago as I finished tier 3 and did not reward me the shards but counted as a completed tier

I completed tiers 1,2,3 of the SLKR event and should be able to now unlock SLKR, however, I'm missing 50 shards, as shown on the screenshot below, therefore, am unable to unlock him and carry on with the event, I've been trying to contact ea help for support every day since but they all tell me that I already have the shards which I obviously don't otherwise I would unlock him, I've been grinding since June for this character and just want to play with him now, but I'm getting absolutely nowhere with my attempts to find a solution, it's making this game very hard to play and get motivated for which is a shame as I love it, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
