Summarize your bug I restored a derelict car. Later in the game when I decided to get that restored derelict into a different category, I went to the dealership to buy the car and there it said that I need to restore this derelict in order to purchase it, even though I have already restored it. Help.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if it will occur for you but it did occur for me and I believe that it must be occuring to players at random. Well I've been a victim since the time I found it, every day since then.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot buy a derelict car.
What do you expect to see? The car (which I have already restored) is locked in the dealership for purchase.
