I called support and was directed to this post.  When I launched my game in the morning, it immediately displayed an error saying the game client needed to be restarted.  Upon restarting, it had me select my Google Play account and proceeded to log into the game fine.  No one else in my guild missed their rewards.  I'm 100% sure I did not receive the rewards because I still had less than 100 guild tokens.  The night before, I was in 5th place with a large enough lead that I couldn't have fallen below 6th when the raid ended.

Remember, they don’t work weekends, so if it’s not solved by tomorrow we might get a two week anniversary. Be nice if there was an update for those of us that didn’t redeem rewards. Some communication.

Clearly, they can see who received what. Why a thorough Mueller investigation must be conducted is beyond me. Just hand over the rewards and work on the bugs for the future.
