Missing RAID Rewards

It was about 24h my guild finished raid and i didn't get rewards. Other members already receive there rewards. 

Can someone check?

@facshelix Hi,

Did you try logging out of your game and then logging back in again? Usually the rewards update then and you should receive it in your inbox.

I also have the same problem. My ID is 311-884-973. My guild just finished a raid within the last 24 hrs (01/07/16) and I am ranked no 4 but I still have not received my awards.

Pls help
