When this problem came up, if it impacted a dozen players, it would be much simpler to go through and give those players their shards manually.

If it impacted 5,000 players, it's simpler to update the game and write code to determine which players were impacted, and to grant impacted players the correct # of shards.

I don't know what the status is right now, but that was the point of collecting impacted player info here - to see the magnitude, and potentially start helping the players here. I thought it was going to be part of today's hotfix, but alas it wasn't.

When all is said and done, everyone will have the shards they earned. Since Padme isn't dominating any game mode right now, an extra delay doesn't seem to be as impactful as missing Darth Revan shards were.

For me, without Dark revan, is Padme only chance how beat top 1 in arena, others galactic republic chars are g12 and ready. So every day without Padme is 200-300 crystals for me. Now i waiting 5 or 6 days for missing shards. Yes, only my problem, but still problem.

Hope, they fix it. But time isnt  pointless.

I also wrote mail and got nonsensical reply where they claim they helped me... i finished t6 and only have a 5* padmé (40/85)... helpdesk was -as per usual- no help at all...
