I finished tier 5 succesfully but only have 100/145, whilst it should be 145/145. Went through a customer service that was extremely insulting... treating me like a liar and idiot. Seriously considering leaving game!

They are totally unprofessional I love this game but lately it has gone downhill a bit mainly on the side of EA and them not caring enough for the players, we need this mess sorted out quickly and they should give us something for this inconvenience.

I agree! This has taken a day of Padmé away and honestly I could see that for an issue affecting 2 or 3 people, but when you have a crowd of 60+ people with this issue it starts to feel like they’re just not caring or listening!

I called them too, made me wait 30 minutes to finally tell me to come to the forums lol because they could do nothing.

Its been 1,5 days now without any statement from CG or EA. Thats a great way of treating paying customers. Very disappointing. You can satisfy me again by issuing the missing 50 shards and the the still missing 185. Lol.
