Missing Padme shards (August 2019)

Hi all,

If you are missing Padme Amidala shards after event completion (including partial event completion), please post the following information below and we will look into finding the best way to return those missing shards to your account.

Completed tier v, then tier vi.

Activated padme at 5*.

Then promotion to 6* failed.

Restarted client and now have 40/85 shards.

Edit.....

Then completed Tier VII and got another 100 shards. Promoted to 6* now, but that leaves me with 55/100 shards.

I had Padme 6 *, today I went through the 7 * category, tried to raise the Padme level to 7 *, as a result, all 100 shards and all awards for category 7 disappeared, and Padme remained 0/100

As i was completing Tier 7 the game crashed but did not award my shards

I completed all tiers in a row but then when I went to promote it only showed 15/100 with the event gone (as it was completed). Appears I didn't get the Tier 6 rewards as I am also missing the other rewards like the stun cuff salvage. Screenshot as shown. Have restarted/refreshed but still the same.

the game crushed when i was upgrading my ahsoka tano's gear tier 10 and i lost 1 mk8 biotech implant which i got from the padme event.

now i cannot see padme event and 100 shards are missing
