How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I completed the Mace Windu Capital Ship Challenge Tier IV, but do not have the shards from completing it. Tier IV now says it is completed and I can not move on to tier V.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Send me the 65 Mace Windu Capital Ship Shards. 2. Allow me to complete Tier IV over again.

I had the exact same problem, with the game showing a three star success on the final level and no shards received! I have had this happen twice now.
