Missing Lifeline Frame: "Pick Me Up"

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Choosing a frame
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? No longer have access to Lifeline's frame "Pick Me Up" which was earned after completion of level 61 of the season pass. See attachments for proof
What should be happening instead? I should be able to apply said frame like before.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Grant me access to the frame.

In the menu after i finished a match and lvled up to 61 (battle pass) the game crashed. Once logged back in the frame appeared unlocked but nowhere to be found in the banners/frame tab

What should be happening instead? I should be able to see and equip the banner
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By having your game crash just as you're about to unlock an item after a game - thats what did it for me

I had leveled up to 61 (battle pass) and the game crashed. Once I logged back in the banner looks unlocked but cannot be seen or equipped in the frame tab
