Received my Revan Shards! However, I did not get the zeta mats that should have been rewarded for completing the 6* Battle.

What is going on with the Zeta rewards for the game crashing on tier 5? Has anyone been able to receive them? I sent a ticket in and they are not at all following what I am telling them.

I have received my shards but i didn't get the tier 4 portrait (I'm not sure if I'm missing anything else, but I can say I haven't got this). 948-994-793

The first "fix" just sent out the final tier rewards to everyone. Players who missed out on other tier rewards (like zetas and portraits) should receive a fix later to receive their missing rewards. They wanted to get players the missing Revan shards as soon as feasible, rather than delay Revan shards farther to fix everything at once.
