After I won the 3rd battle in tier 1, I was credited with the win, but wasn't given the shards. This occured at about 8:45AM EST 12/22/2021. There is now no way for me to get the required shards for JML.

@deitz420 Had the same problem on tier 2! 155 shards instead of 180! waiting for a solution.

@deitz420 Today I completed the tier 3 and I was supposed to have my JML. But I'm still 25 shards short. What a lovely Christmas present.

@deitz420 I understood after I posted. But I'm actually thinking about quiting the game... Let's see if they answer. I think it's a quick fix. Just give us the missing shards or let us play that battle once again.

@deitz420 Opened a new case today. They told me to wait. It seems they can't correct it manually (!?!)
