How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Hello all I've tried getting help in game but have been unsuccessful for months. I got no rewards for Home one tier 4 and am stuck and cannot proceed to the events that allow me to keep upgrading it. I've seen other with the same issue. I am at 15/65 Shards and cannot proceed to upgrading to 5*. This is hindering my progress in game tremendously.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Would love to get 50 Shards so I can upgrade to 5* and continue to progress. Only in game support can help. Please assist.
