Missing GUI

Several of the menu options, and the ability to select them, are gone. All of my user interface commands and conversation wheel options are gone, and do not show up when I click sims. I can move the camera and select objects (but not effect them).

No GUI!

Are you using mods ? Namely this one: fogitymenuenabler ? If so, remove it.
