Missing Endurance Shards

I cannot go any further in the Endurance missions because upon finishing tier iv, I did not receive rewards. I have send pictures to in game support who claim I used the ship shards to upgrade something else (which isn’t even possible). Please help me. I’ll post a link to my original thread where there’s more details.
