Missing Company Coins After Reaching Rank 50 [ Edited ]

Hi @EA_Atic. I've hit lvl50 before Dec.

Daily quest tracking is flawed too. sometimes it works sometimes doesn't

And now I receive info in endscreen that I receive 2000CC, but I receive nothing. Dice plz

logged in today, no retroactive coin has been added and the one match i played it said I earned 2,000cc but my total cc in armory did not change. Im not playing the game til they fix this.

This is exactly what is happening to me. EA saying into only a couple of people this is happening to? 

IS There anybody out how is getting the company coins.

When so many people are experiencing issues, and key issues in the game where they can't upgrade stuff, you're still messing around to make sure everyone gets the exact amount of coins they deserve. Seems like there is no sense of urgency with this at all.

How about you put a quick fix in place. Gift everyone 100k coins to deal with this issue.

Hey everyone,

We are still working on the issue, and looking to have it fixed today, just a reminder while last-minute issue can happen to delay the fix it.

In the meantime: 

• If you got to level 50 after November 29 and still have company coin issue, let me know.
• I need platform you are playing on.
• Make sure that you look at how much coins you had before the match and then play a match and look after. If the number is not going up let me know by tagging me in the post.
• Ignore the end of round screen saying 2k coins that is a known issue and is related to something else. 
• You need to look for your company coins inside the armory, fastest way to find how much company coins you have.

had 11 coins before and after, i now got in game the message that i reached lvl 50 while i have been lvl 50 for a while now this message was new cause normaly on the summary at the end it would say i was lvl 49 and just became lvl 50 and gain 1000cc for that while again i was allready lvl 50 and dont get any CC except from daily missions.

I played squad conquest for 2 rounds today and did not get any company coins.

Hey,

I can't tell exactly but it must've been around nov/dec that I got lvl 50.

Not a single cc since then. (only dailys)

Played a match 15mins ago and I should have gotten 2500cc, but still nothing...

A member of my platoon has the exact opposite. he got rewarded like 15 times for getting on lvl 50.

plz fix guys... plz!

(btw I'm on PC)

5 more rounds played - still not a single cc (500cc before and 500cc after)
