What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I promoted a character last week and it gave me the animation of the promotion, however did not actually promote the character. So I lost 100 character shards and didn't have the promotion.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure, it was a one time occurrence

1. I had worked and earned enough characters shards to promote my Bastila Shan Fallen to 7* and upon doing the promotion, I gained nothing and was missing the shards.

Hi @JonMTango12 and thanks for reporting this.

We can see that you used 85 Bastila Shan (Fallen) shards to promote her to 6 star on October 8th. Since then you have collected 25 Bastila Shan (Fallen) shards from Dark: 7-A Hard. You currently have 25 Bastila Shan (Fallen) shards which appears to be accurate.
