Im playing on Pc.

I just restarted now and the missing content are back.

I currently have this issue, I just upgraded my standard edition to celebration edition. But in the launcher it says I still have the standard edition when I go to launch the game. But in the addons it says I own the celebration dlc. But when I get on the game none of the content is there..
