I really hope you'll be able to finally fixed my game problem this time since I made a list of missing items as being asked before 👍🙏.

Hi @Jhoycee! Could I ask you how and when did your items disappear? Were they in storage? Were they in a room and did you store the content of the whole room?
To get your items back, you have to provide the list to customer service. 
In order to contact customer service you need to go to the arrow in the right, settings>help that will open a page choose "Contact us" and then select "Missing content" and then "Had content and lost it"

Career Items disappeared last year around October2020. I already filed a case before but after all the troubleshooting in tsm game, missing items still not back on game. I don't have any saved items in storage it's all gone.

I am sorry to hear that this issue has been ongoing for so long. Have you informed customer support that the items were still missing?
