Missing C-3po shards

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I completed the c-3po event but when i was about to upgrade him to 7 star, i was at 100/100 shards I got a error and after restarting the game the shards are gone and so was the event. please help me.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can you please check my log or something so you can see that i have completed the event . I did get the end scene and the achievement i even got the c-3po profile portrait that you get from completing the event.
