What happens when the bug occurs? Updating the game made and lost 450 coins.
What should be happening instead? I should have 1050 apex coins.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
I finished the season 6 battle pass on November 3rd and had 1050 apex coins which should be enough to purchase the next battle pass. Updated the game today (November 5th) to play the new season and I only have 600 apex coins remaining (450 missing) which is not enough to buy the new battle pass. I do not know where the coins went, and I have contacted EA and they advised me to post on here.

I started off with an open case with the live support... but after two different people they told me to post onto here and did not provide me with any solutions.

Outrageous. Was bounced back and forth by live customer service agents with a solution. And tells me that my problem has no fix and their information also does not add up and either pushes me to another agent or tries to end the conversation. Cannot explain why my apex coins are missing despite after multiple confirmations with "no further transactions" of whre I did not spend my coins... yet cannot tell me why the coins are missing except "but this is the truth." Infuriating.
