What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? LG G6
OS Version Android 7.0

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Completed the 7* Emporer Palpatine event but was not rewarded the shards to upgrade to 7*. I have access to the mythic event and completed it but no 7*.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country Canada

I have the exact same issue but I am on iPhone. Were you able to get a resolution?  I have contacted help MANY times with open tickets and have been told they can’t do anything. Can someone please help?  I’ve been playing for years and feel cheated by this bug.

@bigalexman Yes, the QV support might be able to help you obtain the missing shards for your account. However, since this is an old thread and already "solved" I recommend you create a new thread for yourself, and include your ally code so they can inspect your account.

The QV support normally doesn't work on the weekends, but hopefully will be able to review your situation tomorrow.
