Missed Cristals and refresh on hard node

Summarize your bug I bought a refresh on a hard stage, the one with the shoretrooper... It discount my Cristal, but no refresh ... I tried to bought again, no refresh... Then pop out an error... I close and re opened my app... It discount my Cristals, TWO times, but no refreshes... Refund please!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? But refreshes until it get an error?

Hi there, 

We checked your account and it looks like the normal energy refreshes you purchased were received correctly.

You purchased 3 normal energy refreshes on 8/30/2018 at 15:17 GMT (3 x 50 Crystals, each energy refresh grants 120 Normal Energy which equals to a total of 360 Normal Energy).

You then spent 380 Normal Energy on the following nodes:

5 x 20 = 100 energy on Light Side Hard 9-A (Darth Sion and Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle) at 8/30/2018, 15:18 GMT

5 x 12 = 60 energy on Dark Side Hard 3-A (Range Trooper) at 8/30/2018, 15:18 GMT

5 x 12 = 60 energy on Dark Side Hard 1-A (Sabine Wren) at 8/30/2018, 15:18 GMT

5 x 20 = 100 energy on Dark Side Hard 7-B (Visas Marr) at 8/30/2018, 15:18 GMT

5 x 12 = 60 energy on Light Side Hard 3-A (Resistance Trooper) at 8/30/2018, 15:19 GMT
