Cliffs Notes: Can my account be changed from a 'minor' account to an '18 & Over' account?
Long story short: Originally downloaded the game for my son. He stopped playing years ago. I have been playing since.
Reasons:
-I am a guild leader, but in an unconventional way due to lack of in-game functionality available to a minor account.
-I CLEARLY have funded the game enough to confirm I am not 7 years-old as registered. (LOL)
-Upcoming changes to the game I would like to participate in.
-I can verify my identity, age, etc. in any method requested if needed.

If you’ve already linked it to your Game Center Account, I would recommend trying to activate the FTUE by Factory resetting the iPhone. Then reinstall and log in via Game Center.
Alternatively, try to log in via a different iDevice.
