Minimap size always shows full bar in settings

Summarize your bug The Minimap size setting is showing a full bar.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change the Minimap size to 150 and then turn it down. If you set the size to 130 and turn it down afterwards the bar will not move down.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bar don't show the correct length.
What should be happening instead? The bar should move as intended
I have forgotten that but as i looked into my settings today I saw it again. It happened after the last patch, i just tried to adjust my minimap size but I didn't liked it, turned it down again but the bar didn't move. Then I turned it up to 150 and the bar is full since. The pics shows the full bar at 100 & 130 it makes no difference.
