Even My game get crashed when i play ranking til now i have lost 500 to 800 points of crashing

it crashes only in ranking not in pubs my screen gets freez and i cant do anyting exept doing endtask and i get penalty every time pleas help me out

Hi i downloaded the new patch and i can play apex and everything but i just cant access the battlepass/store and event store wont show up on the main menu. Whenever I press rb to navigate (im on xbox one) it freezes then says "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again." I tried to restart my xbox and game, i even deleted the game and redownloaded it and it still doesnt work. How do i fix this? I also tried to switch accounts and it works on other accounts but not on my main one.

Yes, I am getting the same error on X1. I checked on my PS4 and it works but not on the X1.

What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out to the main menu with a error code screen. I've deleted and reinstalled the game but no success.
What should be happening instead? Being able to see the battlepass menu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? File is to big for me to send a picture, so I'll type out what I see word from word.

@nickdama13 same here, but if i open my acount with 0 apex coin, the battlepass menu is open.wtf is this * i just buy the coin and this * happen, what a joke
