Can’t loot death boxes ps4

i play on custom settings for controller to pick up items I press o I’ve noticed in when I go to a death box to pick up items it says x to ping and x to take so here I am doing everything to get some items and it won’t register. I went back to default settings and it works. I really hope it’s not like this the whole season

@sionibob No i meant the pinging on the map isnt game breaking. I meant that this rn makes the game unplayable. Sorry if that wasnt clear!

Super bummed I’ve spent so much money on this season alone (Maxing out battle pass/ buying all of Loba’s cosmetics) and I can’t even PLAY they damn game. Seriously considering contacting for a refund.

I’m literally having to change my button layout just to loot items or ask my friend to pick them up and drop them for me please fix this

@333634 They will hopefully fix it soon cuz it makes the game unplayable for a lot of people. You could always ask for a refund and then wait till it gets fixed and spend it again.
