[Megathread] Incorrect Rank from Previous Season

I was Diamond4 and I have not received any rewards plus i was set back to silver4 after i did the Update. My ID is TPP_OptimusRock and befor it was OptimusRock_TTV

Please fix this as I put effort into coming Dia 4 and would also like to have my rewards and ranked for it. I also tried to repair the game but that did not help either.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game is showing incorrect stats for series 2 stating that I was at gold when I hit apex predator i'm also not receiving rewards for hitting apex predator I also have screenshots of when i hit apex predator. Nothing i do works to restore the rank i had at end of season or to claim rewards and I was also reset to silver for ranked series 3.
What should be happening instead? I should have the correct ending rank and rewards that i worked for.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly i just want my dive trail and weapon charm for hitting predator

What happens when the bug occurs? The game is showing incorrect stats for series 2 stating that I was at platinum instead of apex predator and then i deranked to Silver II instead of Platinum II. I'm also not recieving rewards for hitting Apex Predator.
What should be happening instead? Predator badge, Tail and Charm and being in Plat II instead of Silver II.

Upon logging into the new update, I come to find I have not received any rewards for reaching Diamond IV rank.

Game says I reached Plat 3 which is completely inaccurate.

This is actually complete BS. I worked very hard to reach diamond so I could get the rewards and yet this apparent bug is the first thing I'm met with upon logging in. 

I won't be purchasing the new battle pass until this is resolved and I receive the rewards that I was promised.

I was Diamond rank and unfortunately didn’t receive any of my rewards and it made me gold please fix this I busted my * to get there😅
