I have this  problem  But also when I click the about button above the gold rush duos , it will freeze and give me a error so I can’t check my progress on the scoreboard thing that way either. Also after the bug was fixed, I didn’t receive all the points back I had already earned

What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and crashes when pressing on the "About" for event.
What should be happening instead? Maybe being able to just see my challenges so I can do them would be helpful.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in on PS4. You really cannot miss it. The challenges section is gone.

I cant see mine either. They did come back for a couple mins. And it said I have not completed any of them. But I was completely finished with them. Now they are gone. Its not fair if they can get them back on the screen and all the work I did is wiped.

Me too, I'm starting to get mad. I'm going to miss out on event points because EA get get their * together.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I select the info for the grand soiree, it will freeze my game and then tell me it is not available and kicks me out of the game.
What should be happening instead? It should show me the info and how much points I have which is reset for some reason.

What happens when the bug occurs? Game glitching and lagging like crazy. Don't think it's accounting for the challenges complete!!! Also lost some arcade points I believe!
