The same thing just happened to me and the event was just gone after I left the match xan you also fix my account as well Shadowplex99 on ps4 pro

Same here  I'm on Ps4 and the Grand Soiree Event has been removed.

I've tried restarting my Ps4 that didn't help and also I tried shutting down the ps4 system and that didn't fix the issue either.

Also the Grand Soiree Event is also removed from the store too.

What happens when the bug occurs? The event... vanished. I have no clue why.
What should be happening instead? Maybe the event should be there?

I reduced its size and it finally fits. It seems I didn't get a Super pic, but if you look in the upper right, there is my battle pass logo, not grand soiree logo

Same here. At least I unlocked the Mirage skin before it went away. That's pretty much the only thing I wanted from the event. I hope they get it fixed so that we can try the new modes though.
