Cannot access BPass,legends,loadout or store -9999 Apex Coins -9999 Crftg mt

I tried restarting and waiting around the main menu, and I still got the lobby issue. Also noticed even my story tracker tab and the current event prize tracker not loading too, in case it's related to this issue we're having.

I got a new PS5 recently and decided to play the PS5. version of Apex, because I could upgrade it and just wanted to play on my old account with all my hierlooms and skins and rewards. However after loading into the lobby, I couldn't access the seasonal, legends, load out, and store tabs, only the play and club tabs were available, and my currencies all showed -9999 with a white bar going back and forth over them. I tried searching for solutions and found none, restarted console, reinstalled game, played the PS4 version, and nothing worked, I see other people have been having this issue and there has been no communication on it? Any help or problem solvers I don't know about? Thanks!

EA Support emailed me and said they’re aware and working on it. Literally just told me I have to wait.

I have the same issue and I hope some content creator or streamer encounters the issue and EA get pressured to fix it because I’ve complained about 4 times already and gotten nothing

I heard people say it's because of the Terms of Service, my friend tried creating a new account on his ps4 and it's everything working fine.

If we make new accounts we lose 100s of dollars and time in our accounts. EA needs to fix this issue and give those of us effected something to comp the time and things we as a community have missed out on.

Yeah, I know. Just saying I'm pretty sure it's somehow related to our own EA accounts instead of some server side issue I've seen people suggest.
