When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) couple days ago after i downloaded the game it was like that so i thought it would go back if i played a couple games of it but didn’t

What happens when the bug occurs? NO CHARACTERS CAN BE UNLOCK -99999 on every category and not able to open store
What should be happening instead? everything should be able to be viewed and also should be able to see store also
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? main lobby everything is locked besides play and club
no character negativity crafting metals and everything else and can’t open store
