What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading into the main lobby when first starting apex

What happens when the bug occurs? Cant switch to any other tabs other than Lobby and Club. Currencies are also unavailable and infinitely loading.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to switch to all other tabs like loadouts, legends, store and I should be able to buy stuff and well as view all cosmetics that I already own.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? ???
As of a week ago I have not been able to load any tabs besides the Lobby and Club. Seasonal, Legends, Loadout, and Store tabs are all "grey" and cannot be switched to. The currencies I own also will not load and are stuck infinitely loading- appears as "-9999". None of my characters have their skins or heirlooms when I load into a game. Spoke with EA Advisor who informed me this was a "bug" that needed to be fixed by developers. I did not receive a timeline for this solution. A patch update that rolled out today (May 22nd) did not fix this issue either. EA please give an update on this problem and fix it!
