What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot access the in-game store, loadouts, or legends screens. All of my currency is at -9999, and I cannot buy apex coins.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to access my loadouts and legends and spend money on apex coins
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, redownloaded apex after a few years and have been experiencing this bug constantly.

05/21/2023. Still no response on resolving issue. After 17 seasons and hundreds of USD put into the game and I’m extremely disappointed.

Same thing happened to me on Xbox after a hiatus. Contacted ea chat support and they said Respawn is aware of problem and will contact affected players when resolved. So ridiculous, I would like to know when I can have access back to the $100’s of cosmetics I’ve bought over the years. The fact that respawn hasn’t reached out and let us know they are aware of issue and trying to fix it just compounds this. If they wanna kill their game just kill it.

Update came in. Still missing everything. I just wanna grind the BP, I wanna open my lootboxes, wanna play my main heroes lmao
