When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Started since Last week and I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times still wont work and tried on a different device.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't open anything including Apex packs, Shop, Legends Tab, Battle Pass Tab, and Weapons. I can only see the lobby and the Club Tab. Also All forms of Apex currency are replaced by a horizontal line that loads forever
What should be happening instead? The game should run like normal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. I haven't played a single game since season 13 so maybe that has something to do with it

I am having the same issue on PS5. I used to play on ps4 and downloaded the game to my ps5 yesterday. I tried unlinking and relinking my account and it’s still messed up. I have all the characters I had before but I can’t buy anything new or access any tabs besides the play and club tab.

I’m having the same exact issues. Reinstalling did not work. It’s fully updated. None of my menu shows up but I can play the match. Very dumb and needs fixed.

Same is happening to me. I contacted EA and they said many players globally are having this issue!
Sucks * because I bought coins to buy some skins from the store and now can't even access the Store

What happens when the bug occurs? Legend tokens, crafting metals, and apex coins all have -9999 on them. And the seasonal, legends, loadout, and store tabs on top are grayed out and I can’t click on them
What should be happening instead? Running normally and being able to access elements of the game
