Yeah it really sucks because i cannot really play, especially since i have spent hundreds of hours and money on this game for it to do this still doesn't work.

This is beyond a joke.

Since July I've been unable to simply play the game I spent money on.

Fix this * or I'll be claiming a chargeback on all my purchases for content I've paid for and can't access because the people at EA are incompetent in fixing an issue that thousands of peoples are experiencing.

A patch is coming out today. do you think they fixed the game? I think not. Previously, there was no such problem with linking another account. Now, since May, I have been sitting with this error. It seems to me that this problem should be brought to the masses, bloggers / content makers. It's not the case that many console players are sitting with this problem. I was told at the beginning of May that we would decide everything in a couple of weeks , almost 5 months have passed...

Bloggers/Content makers: Thordan Smash mentioned the bug a few times in his videos, what about Gaming Merchant or kandy, staycation?
Pro streamers… I know that Lulu left Apex, otherwise I am out of the loop.

First I didn't know there is no cross progression in Apex Legends, but when I changed playing on Xbox (was playing on PC) and linked my EA account to Xbox I surprised that I started over,
I didn't know that you can't carry your progression from PC to console, so I tried to re-link my account, so then I got this bug ...

I have similar issues with my apex legends account since ALGS. I tried to setup linking my ea account to my twitcha and xbox accounts to get the drops. I apparently set it to a new ea account I just made and then when I loaded xbox approx 2-3 days latter. I got the error. My battlefield 2042 account was also messed up. I chatted with EA and spoke with a guy who forced disconnected my ea account from xbox. Then we pulled up my old ea account and linked it through ea.com to my new xbox account. It corrected my error with Battlefield 2042 immediately. I had my rank lost and all my unlocks. He said it would fix my problem. I checked the next two days for Apex but no luck. I just checked now and it looked like it was bugging out again, but then it works just like it always had. I even got my drops. I hope this helps anyone. I had linked a new ea account to my xbox and that is what screwed me up. But once  I relinked my old EA account from 2008 to my xbox account, it took a couple of days, but it solved it. I was expecting it to be never be fixed again.
