What happens when the bug occurs? I can't access the seasonal, legends, loadout or store tabs. They are all grayed out so I cant purchase the new legends, battle pass, apex pack etc. It's been going on for nearly two weeks now.
What should be happening instead? I should have access to all the tabs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know?
I got an new Xbox Series S and since then I am unable to access any of the tabs listed above, also all my apex coins etc all say -9999. I've linked my account and this is still happening. It's been going on for nearly two weeks and is an absolute joke! I can't play any of the new legends since Valkyrie, I can't buy the battle pass, I cant earn or access any apex packs. Sort this out!!
I've tried reinstalling the game, nothing is working. I really don't understand how something like this happens and it's seriously affecting my enjoyment of the game. Nearly two weeks!!

It better get fixed or I'll be demanding a full refund as I've spent almost 2K on cosmetics in this game and I'm unable to access any of it.

Thanks to everyone for the evidence provided. Would it be possible to get a specific piece of evidence from an affected person? This would be you sitting in the lobby for about a minute, with the missing currency issue persisting for that full minute.

@EA_David , if you'd like to set up a video session to see this live I can help out. Just send me a DM and we can get it going. I have a feeling that seeing it live, testing things, etc. would be better than just seeing a video of someone doing it at a point in time.
