Can't access seasonal, legends, loadout or store tabs

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't access the seasonal, legends, loadout or store tabs. They are all grayed out so I cant purchase the new legends, battle pass, apex pack etc. It's been going on for nearly two weeks now.
What should be happening instead? I should have access to all the tabs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know?

I got an new Xbox Series S and since then I am unable to access any of the tabs listed above, also all my apex coins etc all say -9999. I've linked my account and this is still happening. It's been going on for nearly two weeks and is an absolute joke! I can't play any of the new legends since Valkyrie, I can't buy the battle pass, I cant earn or access any apex packs. Sort this out!! 

I've tried reinstalling the game, nothing is working. I really don't understand how something like this happens and it's seriously affecting my enjoyment of the game. Nearly two weeks!!

It better get fixed or I'll be demanding a full refund as I've spent almost 2K on cosmetics in this game and I'm unable to access any of it.

@xSagez That's actually not correct EA addressed thw issue a few years ago and fixed it with an update and will be doing the same this time around their just trying to work out why it happened again

With the little transparency that EA has given, I don't think this issue will be fixed anytime soon, if it all

Thanks to everyone for the evidence provided. Would it be possible to get a specific piece of evidence from an affected person? This would be you sitting in the lobby for about a minute, with the missing currency issue persisting for that full minute.

@EA_David I have just sent in the requested video and I'm sure a Speak for all players affected buy this when I say we hope it is fixed soon.

@EA_David You can join my game right now. I’m currently having this issue and it’s been on going for my for over 6months. I had a ps4 and it persisted and then me thinking getting a ps5 would be a difference hence I download ps5 version of apex legends and not ps4. But here I am….. currently still waiting
