Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was trying to switch tabs, only able to play or view club tab
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just sitting in the lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Issue started as soon as I booted up apex on my new ps5

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot access legends, the store, the battles pass, or weapons. I can't enjoy the game if I can't see the new weapon leveling system, I can't unlock any new legends. I can't buy the battle pass. It's ruining my experience.
What should be happening instead? I should have full access to every tab in the menu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look it up. It's a common apex bug
This bug has happened to countless others in the past. I need it to be fixed on my account

Thanks for the posts, this is being looked into.
Edit: As a potential troubleshooting step for this issue, please restart and wait on the lobby screen for about a minute before navigating to any other tabs to see if this allows your currency and profile info to all load correctly.
If you're still encountering this afterwards and can provide ideally a short video showing the issue or a screenshot of the lobby if not, that will help as we continue investigating, thanks!
Edit May 29th: Thanks to everyone for the evidence provided. Would it be possible to get a specific piece of evidence from an affected person? This would be you sitting in the lobby for about a minute, with the missing currency issue persisting for that full minute.

What happens when the bug occurs? My crafting metals and Apex coins show -9999 with white flashing over it. I cannot open loadout, legends or battle pass. I can’t access the store or purchase anything.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to look at my gun skins, my legend scans. I should be able to buy the battle pass and look at my progress.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look at my account as soon as you login
1- the white bar flashes over the numbers left to right. When I hover the cursor over, it reads zero for each, and I know for a fact I had more than zero.
2- I can’t select loadout seasonal or legends should be highlighted with my cursor over it

It’s happening to me as well and I went from a ps4 pro to the ps4 slim (waiting to move my ps4 pro here, using the slim temporarily) it’s been like this for 3+ days and EA is simply not helping, I’ve been waiting for email support this entire time since I can’t find a way to call them about it. I’ve tried every single trouble shoot method I’ve found online but this seems un-fixable without EA support which is unfortunately a nightmare to get.

What happens when the bug occurs? Cant access seasonal, legends, loadouts, or store in the lobby. No music playing in lobby. AC, CM, and AT stuck at -999.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to access these things, music shoukd be playing, I have plenty of unused Ac, AT, and CM
