@WorldsEdgeStan Totally agree. This is a super frustrating problem though, with a major impact on gameplay. We really needs input from EA but until then I'll continue to try and track down the cause and/or a possible work around for everyone.

@GlobalShock Can you try running the following from a Command Prompt?

sfc /scannow

Also let me know what version of mswsock.dll you have?

1. In file explorer go to "C:\Windows\System32"
2. Right click on "mswsock.dll", properties, details tab, look for File version in the list.

My mswsock.dll version is 10.0.22621.1 and I'd like to see if yours is the same.

@GlobalShock Can you also check what version of EasyAntiCheat you have?

1. Go to C:\Program Files\EA Games\Apex\EasyAntiCheat (or the location that you install EA games).
2. Right click EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe
3. Properties
4. Details tab, look for File Version

My file version is 4.0.0.0

The digi-sign verification is normal, so I'm sure the file is ok.

@0755CN Thanks. That's an older version that mine. The data on mine in the Details tab is "Date Modified: 07/05/2022 06:19". Can you let me know what date is on yours?
