After this patch update, i'm facing game crash issues. It just crashes without any errors after 15-20 min in the game. It feels frustrating when you're in 4/5th ring and fighting, suddenly game crashes for nothing without any errors. I hope you guys will respond and fix this bug or whatever it is.

I am also Facing the same problem.

@GlobalShockHi. This sounds like it could be a driver issue (on PC at least). Try upgrading your graphics driver. If you already have the latest version then revert to the previous version by following online instructions. Alternatively, install the NVidia Studio Drivers which are much more stable than the game drivers.
If none of this works, then as a workaround you could try running Apex with DX12 via the advanced launch option for that. Alternatively, if you are running DX12 then try it without (so it used DX11). Finally, if none of these help try launching Apex as administrator.

Hello @PlSTOLSKlN, i have done all of that yesterday and today i tried launching the game as administrator, that did not help the game is still crashing.
Also note that the issue started happening ever since the mid-season update on 20/6/2023.
My game experience was perfect, very smooth with no issue at all until the mid-season update, so i'm 99.99% sure it's an apex issue that they need to look into and resolve.

@GlobalShockVery strange. I have looked through your dxdiag file and nothing jumps out as strange. I can see one issue on the Trello board with says "While using DX12 and low detail model settings, scanning a ring console will crash the client" so not directly related but similar outcome. This kind of implies that the issue only happens with DX12, so if you have tried DX11 (by removing the launch option for DX12 then it is unlikely to be related). Also, having NVidia Reflex enabled did cause crashes like this for some people a few years ago.
What video settings do you have in game?
What FPS are you getting in game (and how stable is it)?
Have you check that your GPU or CPU is not overheating when this happens?
Are you overclocking anything?

@PlSTOLSKlNI was using DX12, i removed it and Now i'm using DX11 and still crashing, i even deleted the game and re-installed it and still crashing.
What video settings do you have in game? ( I tried all kind of settings ) very low, medium, high, very high ) still crashing.
What FPS are you getting in game (and how stable is it)? my FPS is 225-240 stable ( i have it capped @240 ) without caps it reaches 310 max
Have you check that your GPU or CPU is not overheating when this happens? Both GPU and CPU are in very good temps, CPU 45-50, GPU ( max fans speed while gaming ) - Temps reaching 55 max.
I tried playing on EA Client and Steam, both crashing still, i have EA Client with DX12 and Steam with DX11.
i have asked couple streamers yesterday, they are also crashing while being on stream, so i hope whatever is going on gets fixed asap.

@GlobalShockIt's along shot, but trying fixing FPS below 165 as a test. There are issue for some people above this, although I am running at 280 FPS without any issues.
What about your texture streaming budget and other video settings? Have you tried lowering those as a test? And you are not overclocking anything?
